To add your own buttons to the toolbar of Windows Vista or later OS, override the CNSEFolder.GetToolbarCommands function and return your own commands.

See the RegistryBrowser sample (CKeyItem.GetToolbarCommands function) that comes with EZNamespaceExtensions for sample code.
