Why Am I Being Charged VAT?

If you specify an address in the EU, then you will be charged a VAT. This is because we sell our products via ShareIt, a reseller based in Germany. If you specify your VAT ID during the purchase process, no VAT will be applied. You need to go the final page (just before you place the order) to see the total amount without VAT.

Alternatively, you can also pay via wire transfer or PayPal (see above).

What Exchange Rate Am I Being Charged?

The exchange rate is decided by ShareIt, our reseller and it can be a bit unfavorable. So make sure you specify USD as the billing currency instead of your local currency - the exchange rate offered by your bank/credit card is much better than that offered by ShareIt.
