Problem

Requirement of UI controls which provide complete Windows Explorer like UI functionality, look, feel and behavior.

Solution

Welcome Centre is a tool written for the University Of Adelaide as part of their SOE rollout to Windows Vista. It is started the first time a user logs on to their new computer and works like a wizard. By going through the various tab page, the user can setup the system to their preferences without having to go into the various parts of Windows.
